Based on our extensive experience and research, we are confident that our ultra-soft premium vinyl pants are the softest and most comfortable manufactured and available in the UK. These pants have forward facing leg openings and a wide crotch to provide effective protection when sitting and for use with all disposable pads and our terry pants.

Skin Kind Transparent Polyurethane Pants.  
Following many requests from our customers and continence advisers, we are pleased to offer our new Polyurethane pants. Using a new medical grade material, often referred to as Euroflex, these pants are half the thickness but up to three times the strength of our clear vinyl pants, and they can be machine washed without hardening or cracking. These pants are soft, comfortable and cool to wear for long periods, and are shaped for a comfortable and effective fit when sitting. These pants are highly recommended for wheelchair users.
