A  durable and comfortable high waisted stretch brief with a waterproof lining. For pad security, these briefs have a wider crotch than high street purchase briefs with an internal waterproof backed stay-dry pouch enabling them to be used with our environmentally friendly washable pads (see our pads page) or as a fixation brief for NHS supplied or locally purchased disposable pads. Washable up to 200 washes, this brief can be used as an alternative to less durable net pants.
