Concealer T shirt.  
An ultra-long T shirt with leg openings and a press-stud snap fastening crotch to allow for easy changing of nappies or pads.  This T shirt helps to support and conceal pads, and prevents any potential embarrassing view of disposable nappies or plastic pants at the rear waistband of a skirt or trousers.  It may also be used to prevent the wearer from removing their nappy or diaper, or putting their hands inside when left unattended, such as during the night.
