Our new ultra-thin Polyurethane pants are mufactured from breatheable medical grade material recommended by continence advisers. These pants are half the thickness but up to three times the strength of our clear vinyl pants and are cool and comfortable to wear. Available in a brief style, these pants provide comfortable leak-proof protection and containment. Useful over normal underwear or brief style pull-up disposble underwear, especially during toilet training. Ultra-thin and with stretch, these are completely undetectable and silent under trousers or a skirt, and offer additional confidence at school, during travelling or at a sleepover. 
Being ultra-thin and unaffected by pool water, these pants are ideal for use as containment pants under normal swimwear.
